Starting at $7,499 for one day per room. (3 Person Tech Team)

The Professional + Live Streaming is our most common project and is good for covering physical company meetings with more than one presenter, simple fundraising events, company meetings and small entertainment events.

  • 1 Technical Director Video Switcher, Monitor & Cabling Package

  • 3 Broadcast Style Cameras with Monitors and Cabling

  • 1 Camera Operator (1 locked off wide shot, 1 alternate locked off, and 1 follow shot)

  • 1 Dedicated Audio Technician

  • Wireless Communication for 4 Technicians

  • 2 PPT or computer source integration (pre-recorded video playback, or slide decks)

  • Local File Recording (.mp4 included and ProRes upon request)

  • ISO Camera Recording (upon request)

  • Delivered to 1 CDN (Facebook Live, YouTube Live, Twitch, etc…) T/22 will provide an SSD Drive with footage for a small additional charge.

  • Files delivered upon final payment (same day delivery with payment)

* Rate is per day, per room, based on a 10 hour day. All professional + productions require a minimum 4-6 hours of set up and testing and rehearsal (depending on event complexity) before going live to ensure success.

The Premium Live Stream is great for medium to large sized events that want high production value.

  • 3 Camera Operators (1 doubles as a mic runner for Q&A)

  • 3 Broadcast Style Cameras with Monitors and Cabling

  • 1 Dedicated Audio Technician

  • Wireless Communication for 5 Technicians

  • 3 PPT or computer source integration (pre-recorded video playback, or slide decks) Local File Recording (.mp4 included and ProRes upon request)

  • ISO Camera Recording (upon request)

  • Delivered to 1 CDN (Facebook Live, YouTube Live, Twitch, etc…)

  • T/22 will provide an SSD Drive with footage for a small additional charge.
