We offer complete event production services including professional sound systems, projection, LED displays, presentation management, stage lighting, scenic design, staging, pipe and drape, live streaming, IMAG, confidence monitors, video recording, photography, and real-time captioning.

The earlier, the better. Most clients reserve dates several months (or more) in advance, especially during conference and fundraising season. We recommend contacting us as soon as your venue and event dates are confirmed.

For most events, a signed agreement is all that is required to reserve equipment, crew, and event dates. Your final amount due will be payable 2 weeks prior to your event date.

Yes. Many clients prefer working with one production partner instead of coordinating multiple vendors. We can manage nearly every technical aspect of your event from planning through strike.

We regularly support events in Jefferson City, Columbia, Lake of the Ozarks, Kansas City, St. Louis, Branson, and throughout Missouri. We are also available for regional and nationwide travel when needed.

Yes. We can manage PowerPoint and Keynote presentations, video playback, speaker walk-up music, confidence monitors, and presentation transitions throughout your event.

Whenever possible, we recommend receiving presentations 2 weeks in advance, but at the very least, several days before the event. This allows our team to test videos, fonts, animations, and media to help ensure everything runs smoothly on event day.

In most cases, yes. While many hotels and convention centers offer in-house audio visual services, clients are often free to select the production company that best meets their needs.
We regularly work alongside venue staff and can help clarify any venue requirements, labor policies, or technical considerations before your event.

The short answer is YES.
While a small number of venues have exclusive agreements that limit outside vendors, most venues simply offer preferred or in-house AV services rather than requiring them.
