T/22 provides professional audio, video, lighting, live-streaming, and event production services for conferences, corporate meetings, nonprofit fundraisers, galas, symposiums, association events, training sessions, government events, and special programs throughout Missouri and beyond.

What areas do you serve?

We regularly support events in Jefferson City, Columbia, Lake of the Ozarks, Kansas City, St. Louis, Branson, and throughout Missouri. We are also available for regional and nationwide travel when needed.

How far in advance should I book my event?

The earlier, the better. Most clients reserve dates several months (or more) in advance, especially during conference and fundraising season. We recommend contacting us as soon as your venue and event dates are confirmed.

Are you insured?

Yes. T/22 carries commercial liability insurance and can provide certificates of insurance (COIs) when required by venues or organizations.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes. We offer complimentary consultations and customized estimates based on your event goals, venue requirements, audience size, and technical needs.

Audio & Event Production

What audio services do you provide?

We provide complete sound reinforcement services including wireless microphones, podium microphones, audience Q&A microphones, mixing consoles, speakers, confidence monitors, stage timers, and on-site technicians.

Can you support breakout sessions and multiple rooms?

Absolutely. We regularly support conferences with multiple breakout rooms, general sessions, workshops, and concurrent tracks.

Do you provide stage management?

Yes. We can assist with show calling, presentation management, speaker coordination, cueing, and overall event flow to ensure a smooth experience for presenters and attendees.

Can you help with presentation slides?

Yes. We can manage PowerPoint and Keynote presentations, video playback, speaker walk-up music, confidence monitors, and presentation transitions throughout your event.

Video & Live Streaming

Do you offer live-streaming services?

Yes. We provide professional multi-camera live-streaming for conferences, meetings, fundraisers, training sessions, and hybrid events.

What streaming platforms do you support?

We can stream to most major platforms but most commonly we see YouTube Live, Facebook, Zoom streaming destinations.

Can you record my event?

Yes. We can record keynote presentations, breakout sessions, panel discussions, training programs, and special events for future viewing and distribution.

How many cameras do you use?

Every event is different. We tailor camera coverage based on the venue, audience size, stage layout, and production goals. Many events utilize multiple cameras to provide dynamic and engaging coverage.

Can remote attendees ask questions?

Yes. We can facilitate audience interaction, remote Q&A, chat moderation, polling, and hybrid participation solutions.

Accessibility & Captioning

Do you offer closed captioning?

Yes. We provide real-time closed captioning services to help make events more accessible and inclusive.

Why should I include captioning?

Captioning improves accessibility for attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing, supports multilingual audiences, and often increases engagement for virtual viewers.

Can captions be displayed on screens in the room?

Yes. Captions can be integrated into livestreams, presentation screens, dedicated caption displays, and virtual event platforms.

Lighting & Visuals

Do you provide stage lighting?

Yes. We offer stage lighting, presenter lighting, accent lighting, uplighting, truss lighting, and custom lighting designs for conferences, galas, and special events.

Can you provide large projection screens?

Yes. We offer a variety of screen sizes, including large-format projection screens suitable for ballrooms, conference centers, and large venues.

Do you offer confidence monitors?

Yes. Confidence monitors allow presenters to view their slides, notes, timers, and other content without turning away from the audience.

Event Planning & Logistics

Can I choose my own AV company, or am I required to use the venue's in-house provider?

In most cases, yes. While many hotels and convention centers offer in-house audiovisual services, clients are often free to select the production company that best meets their needs. We regularly work alongside venue staff and can help clarify any venue requirements, labor policies, or technical considerations before your event. Our goal is to make the process simple and ensure you receive the level of service, equipment, and support that's right for your event.

My venue says they have an exclusive AV provider. Do I still have options?

Sometimes. While a small number of venues have exclusive agreements that limit outside vendors, many venues simply offer preferred or in-house AV services rather than requiring them. If you're unsure, we're happy to review the venue's policies with you and help determine what options are available. We've worked successfully with hotels, convention centers, and event venues throughout Missouri and can often help clients navigate these conversations before contracts are finalized.

Will someone be on-site during the event?

Yes. Our technicians remain on-site to monitor equipment, assist presenters, troubleshoot issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

What information do you need to provide an estimate?

Generally, we'll ask for:

Do you offer turnkey event production?

Yes. Many clients prefer a single point of contact for audio, video, lighting, streaming, presentation management, and event support. Our turnkey approach simplifies planning and execution.

Photography & Video Production

Do you provide event photography?

Yes. We provide professional event photography for conferences, fundraisers, corporate events, marketing campaigns, and organizational communications.

Can you film keynote presentations?

Absolutely. We regularly capture keynote speakers, panel discussions, award ceremonies, and featured presentations for marketing and archival purposes.

Do you create promotional videos?

Yes. We produce documentary-style videos, fundraising stories, corporate videos, marketing content, testimonials, and event highlight reels.

How soon will I receive my photos or video?

Delivery timelines vary based on project scope, but we'll provide a clear schedule before production begins.

Pricing

How much does event production cost?

Every event is unique. Pricing depends on factors such as venue size, audience count, number of rooms, equipment requirements, staffing, and event duration. We provide customized estimates tailored to your specific needs.

Do you offer nonprofit pricing?

We proudly support many nonprofit organizations and work hard to provide solutions that maximize impact while respecting budget requirements.

Do you require a deposit?

For most events, a signed agreement is all that is required to reserve equipment, crew, and event dates. Your final amount due will be payable 2 weeks prior to your event date.
